The Greektown CDC and Southeast CDC partnered on a public planning effort to redesign our neighborhoods in anticipation of the proposed Redline Station. The following is a detailed study with development recommendations that can be the future of our community

The Greektown CDC, in cooperation with our surrounding neighborhoods, is working on creating a brand new state-of-the-art public safety campus at 5601 Eastern Avenue. As many know, the current conditions of the SouthEast Police district are less than adequate.
The Plateia is a recently built mini convention center located in the heart of Greektown, 700 block of Ponca Street. The Plateia project is nearing completion and will host future weddings, baptisms, concerts, festivals, and any activity the neighborhood can enjoy.
